Renewing, nurturing, and growing positive emotions, resilience, and self-efficacy by actively removing the external noise and pressure creating by unrealistic external demands. Bringing us back to doing what matters most for those who matter most and for you who matters THE most. Let’s work together moving us away from something we must do to something we love to do.

We’re not taught how to balance and hold it all effectively, we’re just expected to. The world of education has changed from something we love to do to something we are expected to do above and beyond the reasons for entering the profession. Competing demands, a regulatory system designed to fail us, accountability upon accountability with little or no flexibility. No wonder we have a burnt-out profession on their knees and mass exodus from the profession. There must be a different way to balance the expectations, regulation, legal frameworks, and our roles as professionals but most importantly people.

Balance:ed provides the opportunity to take stock, redress the chaos, find our energy for what we love to do, reignite the purpose we haven’t lost but can’t see the sight of. It will help you to shift the balance back to what matters most and help you create, shape, and implement practical science-based aspects to raise self-esteem of the profession, build faith, restore purpose all through highly effective practical activities and plans to support you to support your school.

We owe it to our children and ourselves to find space, find calm and find balance. Take charge of the well-being agenda and not be afraid to invest in ourselves.
